Can I change or amend my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll be happy to make changes for you. Contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience — we’ll ensure your moment of conquest arrives just as you envisioned.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Deposit options for your ease and peace of mind.

How can I sample a fragrance before purchasing online?

DELIVERY

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
At Conquered Moment, our scents currently journey only within Pakistan. International delivery will be introduced soon — so our essence of courage and elegance can reach beyond borders.

What are the delivery charges?
A delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies nationwide. Orders above Rs. 3,000 are shipped free of charge, as a token of appreciation for being part of our story.

How can I track my order?
